PERSONALIZED BAGS: Please allow 3-5 business days processing time for personalized items to ship.
SWEATERS AND T-SHIRTS: We are a small business and personally print every sweater and T-shirt to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for items to be printed and shipped out.
SHIPPING
STANDARD SHIPPING
Most orders arrive within 4-7 business days after processing (in-stock items). Overserved is not responsible for shipping delays due to USPS. Free economy shipping valid for orders shipping to the continental U.S. (Puerto Rico and US Virgin Isles not included).
PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS (1-2 DAY)
For Priority Mail Express all orders placed by 11am PST will be processed same day. All orders placed after 11am will be processed the following day.
INTERNATIONAL (INCLUDING CANADA)
All international orders will be shipped first class mail.
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
Please note international customers are responsible for all taxes and duties.
RETURNS
Overserved will issue a refund for manufacturer defects if the product are returned within 30 Days.
Overserved does not warrant its products against normal wear and tear.
Overserved will accept unpersonalized returned items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original the packaging up to 30 days from date of purchase. Shipping is to be paid by the customer. The refunded amount will be the cost of your items only.
Personalized Bags are final sale unless name misspelling on our end. If you have an issue with your personalization, we'd love to help you. Please reach out to info@overservedsportsco.com and include pictures of the mistake.
